Who we are

OKLogic Limited is a company registered in Ireland. Registered office: 34 Brownstone Manor, The Curragh, Co. Kildare, R56 A264, Ireland. For anything related to privacy, contact us at info@oklogic.ie.

What this website collects

Very little, by design.

• No forms and no accounts. This website has no signup, login or contact forms. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send and use it only to reply to you.
• No analytics and no marketing cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any tracking scripts, and we do not set cookies. That is why you see no cookie banner.
• Language preference. If you switch the site language, your choice is saved in your own browser (localStorage) so the site opens in that language next time. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and request times) for security and to keep the service running. These are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify visitors.

The demo environment

The live demo contains sample data about a fictional company. No real people are represented in it.

Data inside customer systems

When a company uses the OKLogic platform, their system contains information about their own staff and operations, such as names, schedules, timesheets and leave. For that data the customer is the data controller and OKLogic Limited acts as a data processor: we process it only on the customer's instructions, under a data processing agreement, and we host it within the European Union. Each customer's data is kept separate from every other customer's. If you are an employee of a company that uses OKLogic and have questions about your data, your employer is the right first point of contact, and we will assist them with any request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@oklogic.ie. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Changes

If we change how this website or the platform handles personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.

Ką renka ši svetainė

Sąmoningai beveik nieko.

• Jokių formų ir paskyrų. Svetainėje nėra registracijos, prisijungimo ar kontaktų formų. Jei parašote mums el. laišką, gauname tik tai, ką patys atsiuntėte, ir naudojame tai tik atsakymui.
• Jokios analitikos ir rinkodaros slapukų. Nenaudojame Google Analytics, reklamos sekimo ar kitų stebėjimo įrankių ir nededame slapukų. Todėl nematote ir slapukų juostos.
• Kalbos pasirinkimas. Perjungus svetainės kalbą, pasirinkimas išsaugomas jūsų naršyklėje (localStorage), kad kitą kartą svetainė atsidarytų ta kalba. Šis nustatymas lieka jūsų įrenginyje ir mums nesiunčiamas.
• Serverio žurnalai. Mūsų svetainės talpinimo paslaugų teikėjas saugo standartinius techninius įrašus (pvz., IP adresus ir užklausų laiką) saugumo ir veikimo tikslais. Jie saugomi ribotą laiką ir nenaudojami lankytojams identifikuoti.

Demo aplinka

Demo sistemoje rodomi išgalvotos įmonės pavyzdiniai duomenys. Jokių tikrų asmenų joje nėra.

Duomenys klientų sistemose

Kai įmonė naudojasi OKLogic platforma, jos sistemoje yra informacija apie jos darbuotojus ir veiklą: vardai, grafikai, tabeliai, atostogos. Šių duomenų valdytojas yra klientas, o OKLogic Limited veikia kaip duomenų tvarkytojas: tvarkome juos tik kliento nurodymu, pagal duomenų tvarkymo sutartį, ir laikome Europos Sąjungoje. Kiekvieno kliento duomenys laikomi atskirai nuo kitų klientų. Jei esate OKLogic naudojančios įmonės darbuotojas ir turite klausimų dėl savo duomenų, pirmiausia kreipkitės į savo darbdavį, o mes padėsime jam atsakyti į bet kokį prašymą.

Jūsų teisės

Pagal BDAR turite teisę susipažinti su savo asmens duomenimis, juos ištaisyti ar ištrinti, apriboti jų tvarkymą ar jam prieštarauti, taip pat gauti juos perkeliamu formatu. Dėl šių teisių rašykite info@oklogic.ie. Jei atsakymas netenkins, galite pateikti skundą Airijos duomenų apsaugos komisijai dataprotection.ie.
